Cancel Your Subscription
If you've decided that you no longer want to be subscribed to Second Line, you can learn how to cancel your subscription here. Please note that your phone number will be deleted if your subscription is cancelled. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal period in order to avoid being charged.
Instructions
Since your subscription is managed through Apple, you can cancel it directly from your device. Please follow Apple's official guide to manage or cancel your subscription:

We are not able to cancel the subscription on your behalf. If you were charged by accident, we suggest contacting Apple to request a refund. You can do so through Apple's refund page.
