Cancel Your Subscription

If you've decided that you no longer want to be subscribed to Second Line, you can learn how to cancel your subscription here. Please note that your phone number will be deleted if your subscription is cancelled. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal period in order to avoid being charged.

Instructions

1: Open the Settings app on your device.

2: Scroll down to iTunes & App Store.

3: Tap where it says Apple ID alongside your email.

4: Tap View Apple ID.

5: Scroll down to Subscriptions.

6: Find Second Line.

7: Finally, tap Cancel Subscription.

Since your subscription is managed through Apple, we are not able to cancel the subscription for you. If you were charged by accident, we suggest contacting Apple to request a refund. You can do so through this link.
